This has been my go-to juice most mornings lately! It's easy, refreshing and super hydrating and rich in vitamins and antioxidants. Just grab your juicer and juice up 2 apples, 2 oranges, 1/4 of a lemon, and 1/4 of a beet for every serving you'd like. The beet juice makes the juice a gorgeous red color (careful, it stains everything though) and if you add more lemon it tastes like super delicious raspberry lemon-aid. Strain for smoother consistency!
